• preparation of financial statements in conformity with the accounting provisions of the People's Republic of China: profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow statement;

• arrangement of compulsory procedure of annual audit. For WFOE there are three reports should be issued by auditors: for tax authorities, for Industrial and Commercial Administration and for Foreign Exchange Administration.

Price for audit services depends on turnover and assets amount, beginning from RMB4,500.00 once a year (three audit reports).

Annual administrative inspection service for China company:

• passing through mandatory procedure for China companies (including WFOE) of annual inspection in various administrative institutions.

Price for annual administrative inspection is RMB1,500.00/year.

Additional services provided for free for China company :

When we provide accounting services we also offer for free the following services as a bonus:

• registration in local tax district offices;
• processing of tripartite agreement between tax authorities, customer's company and its bank, regarding possibility of withdrawal of tax payments from the bank account of the company;
• providing consultations and services on company's staff employment procedure in China (conclusion of labor contracts and so on);
• processing of mandatory social insurance filings and payments for employees;
• China visa documents issuance and annual renewal procedures for foreign employees (work permit and residence permit, usually for one year, with annual prolongation).

• audit of financial statements on annual basis, before approximately 30 of March;
• annual inspection in various administrative institutions on annual basis, before 30 of June;
• foreign employees and their family China visa documents (work permit and residence permit) issuance and prolongation procedure on annual basis, every year the same time.
